Flags Race.  It can be run from either the right or the left.  Rider must run on the outside of the pattern not the inside.  The flag must stay in the bucket.  A missed flag is a five second penalty.  The Can Race is essentially identical.  The object of the Can Race is to knock the soda bottle off of the barrel.
